Discount Tire

I had an absolutely stellar experience at the Discount Tire on Olio Road Fishers, Indiana, and I highly recommend them— specifically thanks to Tyler and Peter. Before stopping in, I previously took my Corvette to another shop twice for an alignment, and the car was still pulling to the right just as badly as before. I brought the spec sheets from the other shop in with me and started talking to Tyler. After looking into the technical specifications, I mentioned that I suspected the casters were the issue. Tyler actually took the time to listen, review the specs, and then introduced me to Peter, their top alignment expert. Peter told me he'd give it a try to see what he could do, and he absolutely nailed it. Sure enough, it was the casters. I've owned several high-performance cars, including multiple Porsches and Corvettes, and this is without a doubt the best alignment I've ever had. My Corvette tracks perfectly straight now. Huge thanks to Tyler for the great customer service and to Peter for his incredible technical work. I highly recommend taking your car to this team!

I went to get tires replaced for my minivan, it was a breeze. Alec is your go to guy at the store. He was very helpful in price matching, getting me the right tires for my minivan without any fuss or upsell. Alec and the entire team at this store are very friendly and get it done right the first time. Highly recommend them !!!

I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Discount Tire since this location first opened, and they have been outstanding from day one. I’ve used them multiple times for multiple vehicles, and the experience is always the same, friendly, professional, and helpful. Their team is consistently honest, efficient, and focused on taking care of their customers. Whether it’s a repair, tire replacement, or just answering questions, they always go above and beyond. It’s rare to find a business that delivers such a consistently great experience year after year. Highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone looking for excellent service and people you can trust

How does a tire shop not have a protective sleeve on their sockets! I had brand new tires installed on my truck. I finally got around to washing/detailing my truck and found chips and scratches on all 4 of my wheels.

Had ordered some winter tires and wheels over the weekend and had scheduled to have them installed on Thursday. Unfortunately due to a store communication error, only 3/4 wheels arrived the day of. Dominic was able to find me some suitable alternative options, we ended up picking a matte black rim that was slightly more expensive, but he comped the price down to what I had originally paid. He had the rims couriered to the store and we were still able to get the wheels & tires installed and swapped same day. Very satisfied with our experience here. Dominic was both professional and friendly, and I felt he went above and beyond to ensure, they'd be able to get some winter tires on my car before EOD. Would definitely recommend and come back!
